"Very nice cozy and comfortable. A safe place and parking was available on a gated lot which was very nice since we had a rental car. Staff let us check in earlier which was great because I had my mom and she was very tired. "

"Check-in with Jessy was good, but we suspect she took something from one of our grocery bags as we stored our luggage behind the counter. Pool area not as advertised, pretty gross. Black mold in the room, very loud in the hallway, no working elevator to carry luggage upstairs, wifi was terrible. We were also double charged,once when we booked through Expedia and then again at the hotel. Tondoroque was lovely to explore, but we would not stay at the hotel again."
