The best service ever!
This hotel is wonderful and comfortable, on a beautiful town. We wouldn’t normally book a hotel like this, normally choosing somewhere with a gym, but we are so glad we did. The interior design is gorgeous, but best of all is the staff! They were super friendly and they bent over backwards to take care of us. My wife is vegan, not only did they have multiple menu options but they made special dishes too I barely speak Spanish but they mostly spoke excellent English and well also went and got another member of staff when they didn’t understand. Highly recommended

Shower was great. Needs more light over the sinks. WC needs to be private. One needs to share a bathroom and there is no privacy while on the WC. Internet was very good.

Its a very elegant hotel that is exceptionally well maintained. Furnishings are exquisite, and very clean. the bed was VERY comfortable. The bathroom is "spa-lie" with an amazing shower. Location is fantastic--only a few blocks from the central square, but no street noise. Staff are friendly and attentive and always available. The restaurant serves creative delicious food. The entire property was very clean, and very well maintained. The hotel's procedures for COVID prevention were clean, and were carried out (temp check of us at checkin, lots of hand sanitizer, all staff wearing masks and face shields). Overall, we were so pleased with everything about this place and look forward to returning.

Valle de Bravo long weekend trip
Beautiful hotel with warm friendly reception from the moment we arrived. Particular thanks to Christian and Marie Cruz! Definitely recommend and definitely will go back. Expensive but worth every peso!

Outstanding hotel right in the center
The hotel is amazingly peaceful despite its location right in the center of Valle. Loved the designed and the view from the terrace. Spirits and wine list is outstanding. The room was ver comfortable and spotless. I will definitely comeback

Las instalaciones del hotel son perfectas. Lo único que puede mejorar es el restaurante, en el desayuno está duro el pan y en la cena muy mala carne (picaña) y el bowl yakimeshi estaba salado.

Me encantó el servicio y actitud de todo el personal, super amables todos, el hotel y las habitaciones son super limpias, con una decoración de muy buen gusto y con todos los amenities de excelente calidad, la alberca y el jacuzzi están disponibles hasta las 11:00 PM y a una excelente temperatura y el personal haciendo limpieza en todo, a aquellos que comentaron que la alberca está sucia esto no es cierto, diario la limpian, únicamente fíjense que como el fondo es verde esmeralda de lejos se ve verde, pero el agua es cristalina el hotel es excelente en todos los sentidos.

Increíble
Muy felices de haber elegido este lugar para nuestro aniversario. La calidad de la gente es lo que más destacó en nuestra estancia. Los cuartos increíbles y lo importante está en los detalles: Desde un agua de Jamaica en la recepción hasta un drink de bienvenida personalizado en la habitación. El Jacuzzi en el 3er piso es una belleza, vista al lago y al centro de Valle.
