No es hotel, es un MOTEL

el establecimiento es un MOTEL, con autos a l e trada de la habitación, no tiene servicio de valor agregado alguno, hasta el café (soluble) y las galletas ( corrientitas) están feas. Por otra parte, CARISIMO, no te dejes engañar, NO ES HOTEL

Excelente opción cerca del centro

Todo remodelado y super bien, la cama y almohadas cómodas, muy cerca del centro (en coche 8 min), nivel de ruido por la calle aceptable. Solo la alberca es fría, no la pudimos usar. Edith nos atendió de manera espectacular.

Experiencia Hotel Villa María

El hotel es nuevo, aunque pequeño, la limpieza y estado de la ropa de cama muy bien, la ubicación es aceptable, tiene estacionamiento adecuado. Sin embargo el valor pagado es muy alto para el confort y los servicios que brindan, sobre todo sin desayuno. Al personal de recepción le falta capacitación en servicio al cliente. A nuestros amigos les cancelaron la reservación y los estaban enviando a otro hotel sin aviso oportuno. Pensaría mucho antes de alojarme nuevamente.

Pesimo el hotel. No son serios, hice la reservacion con pago con la tarjeta de credito a traves de expedia. Pues fui al hotel y resulta q mi habitación le dieron a otra persona (llegué a las 4 d la tarde) y me mandaban a otro hotel. No podia porque viajamos en grupo de amigos. Pedí hablar con la gerente y ellla y nunca apareció, despues de un buen rato discutiendo , me dieron una habitación mucho mas pequeña y barata de lo q yo habia pagado, la gerenteno dueña nunca aparecio y yo pedi hablar con ella. Las personas de la recepción son unas malcriadas por lo menos la q nos recibió el 1er dia. Señores este hotel no respeta las reservaciones hecho a trves de expedia. . No pierdan su tiempo , ademas q es carisimo en comparación de lo q es . NO RECOMIENDO este hotel

Hotel cuenta con lo básico.

Este hotel es una buena opción si sólo pretendes usarlo para dormir. Está limpio y es comodo. El Wi-Fi no llega muy bien a las habitaciones del fondo; el personal es amable y el estacionamiento a pesar de ser pequeño parece ser suficiente. El costo me pareció alto por lo que ofrece, pero creo que fue porque apenas reserve con una semana de anticipación.

Lugar lindo, pero...

Mi única queja es que llegamos y mi reservación no la respetaron. Tenía 2 cuartos dobles y cuando llegue ya no había uno. Me ajustaron las habitaciones pero terminé pagando más de lo que hoteles.com decía. El lugar muy cómodo y aunque no estaba muy cerca del centro si vas en coche te queda a 5 min. la chica de la recepción muy amable.
