Je conseille vivement cet hôtel

Merveilleux séjour avec un accueil chaleureux de michelle et sa mere , souplesse dans nos demandes, dans un cadre agréable, cheminée dans notre chambre avec feu de bois , nous avions un chien qui a été accepté , le lieu est idéalement situé pour visiter le sanctuaire des papillons et également pour visiter la vallée bravo

Lugar agradable

El lugar es agradable pero muy frío la chimenea ayuda mucho en la noche vale la pena comprar la leña. La comida es regular. La atención es muy buena. El único inconveniente fue que me dijeron que no se podía hacer el pago con tarjeta por falta de señal, asi que si vas lleva efectivo.

El lugar es agradable, pero esta muy lejos de Valle de Bravo, la atención amable pero depende de una sola persona y de sus horarios lo que termina siendo ineficiente, los alimentos regular. nos cobraron descorche por una botella de vino para brindar en navidad, cuando ellos no venden vino. como experiencia estuvo bien, pero no me hospedaría nuevamente ahí.

A non comfortable experience "Cold Nights"

Too cold cabin, there wasn't any heater and the wood for the fire place was to expensive, to maintain the fire for the whole night and keep it warm. The hot tube was not included in your room fees, it was too expensive also, and water was very cold to stay in there for more than 5 minutes.

Mala experiencia

El servicio por parte de las personas que atienden es bueno, con buena disposición y actitud, sin embargo el trato con la dueña fue sumamente malo, nos cobró doble y no quiso aceptar su equivocación hasta un día después, su mala actitud y el hecho de cobrar una cama extra (cuando ésta ya está en la cabaña) fue una muy mala experiencia. Por el precio que pagamos al final por dos personas ($1,300 pesos), no vale la pena quedarse ahí. Como recomendación siempre pagar por medio de la plataforma de Hoteles.com y no ahí, ademas asegurarse de que les respeten el precio como se indica en la reservación. En general no recomiendo para nada Los Saucos.
