The room was clean and services was great! Location was great and close to transportation and close to restaurants. The Airport bus was available at the hotel to/from the Narita or Haneda airport.

THE KNOT TOKYO Shinjuku
the bakery and the restaurant in the lobby are great. The breakfast provided is good. Room is pretty standard however it was a little stuffy due to not being able to turn the AC down. Good for a short stay.
