My family and I were supposed to stay a week in the Urban Flat for a week and the owner contacted me before arriving notifying me of a minor incident in the flat that had to be best. He accommodated the whole family and I to a house!! Sheets were Egyptian cotton, washer, utensils etc everything was included free WiFi etc plus a a pdf of how to get to the area, instructions on how to open the door and instructions on how to turn in air and all since it was in Japanese. Overall we had a really good stay and the owner was extremely generous and was there through every step of needed be. We had a great stay in Japan.

The mobile wi-fi was a brilliant asset. Very handy. This is self-catering apartment. NOT a hotel. No bag storage available after check out time. When staying you must be quiet as residential area so no talking in street at night. Plus the walls are very thin so tenants cannot make noise.
