Awesome host, Mr. Mun is. 3 bed plus sofa bed (one being about queen size) was more than what we, 4 adult family, needed. 2 toilets and 2 showers, washer/dryer, and separate living area. Walkable to 2 near by train stations in 10 min and many restaurants nearby. Even the weather got so much better when we got to Tokyo gor 6 days. Recommend ROOMS for 3 or more people groups.

It was my first time visiting Tokyo with my family and staying at Rooms was one of my best choices! Host was very helpful with our inquiries, very responsive and exceptionally friendly and considerate. I would rate our stay 5 stars for the fully equipped kitchen, 2 separate bathrooms, washing machine and comfortable beds! The location was amazing with so many good restaurants nearby and train stations are within 10 mins walking distance. The next time we come back to Tokyo, I will certainly stay at Rooms without any doubts!

Staying at this property in Tokyo was truly one of the best travel experiences I’ve ever had. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and in a perfect location, but what made the stay unforgettable was our host, Sik. He is, without question, the kindest and most supportive host I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease in a foreign city. Sik checked in on us throughout our stay, offered thoughtful recommendations, and was always available when we needed anything at all. His warmth and genuine kindness turned our trip into something truly special. You can tell he cares deeply about his guests, and it shows in everything he does. We will absolutely be back in Tokyo, and when we return, we will try everything in our power to stay with Sik again. And if for some reason the property is unavailable, we will still make time to meet up with him, because hosts like him are incredibly rare. Thank you, Sik, for making our time in Tokyo unforgettable. Highly, highly recommended.

We had an amazing 12-night stay at this centrally located apartment in Tokyo. The host, who speaks excellent English, ensured smooth communication through WhatsApp, confirming all details promptly. The friendliness extended beyond words - the host surprised us with a delightful gift (strawberry daifu) and even took us to a fantastic Korean restaurant nearby, creating memorable experiences. The spacious room with two toilets and two shower rooms, along with a well-equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, coffee kettle, and supplies), laundry machine, and efficient air conditioning, made our stay exceptionally comfortable. The apartment's thoughtful decor, including a bookshelf with diverse books about Tokyo and Japan, added a nice touch. Situated at the heart of the city, just a 7-minute walk from Shinbashi station with various train lines, the location was ideal. Numerous restaurants and drug stores in the vicinity further enhanced the convenience. Overall, the hospitality, amenities, and prime location make it a top choice for future visits. I highly recommend this apartment for a cozy and affordable stay in Tokyo!

Highly Recommand

The rooms is very comfortable place, keep very clean, just need 10 mins to Shimbushi Station. Near the station has many hrs open restaurant and pub opens at midnight that we can have beer and meal at very late night. The owner is a very nice person, nice to chat and we have had an awesome night to talk about Hong Kong Politics Protest situation. Thanks for all support to H.K.

방도 넒고 깨끗합니다. 신바시라 주변에 번화가도(긴자) 가깝고 도쿄타워등 놀러가기도 좋았네요 근처 놀러가시기도 역들이 가까워 편하구요 숙소는 주택가라 밤에는 조용합니다. 사장님도 엄청 친절하셔서 상당히 좋았네요 다음에 또 가게되면 또 묵고싶네요 Ps 사장님이 한국어 일본어 영어 가능하셔서 한국분들은 특히 더 좋을듯 합니다.

Vi är så glada för att vi valde Rooms för vår vistelse i Tokyo. Verkligen gott om plats för hela familjen (inte vanligt i Tokyo), två toaletter och två duschar, tvättmaskin (!) och pentry med kylskåp, kokplatta och mikro. Dessutom sköna sängar, väldigt välstädat och fint. Ägaren var mycket vänlig och hjälpsam, dessutom bra på engelska. Lugnt område (tyst), men gott om servicebutiker och restauranger i närheten. Gångavstånd till Ginza, Tokyo Tower och Hamarikyo Gardens (besök tehuset och ta båten norrut på Sumida-floden). 5 minuters promenad till Shimbashi station, därifrån tar man sig lätt runt i stan. Vi bodde första natten på "vanligt" hotell som var bra, men Rooms var så mycket bättre.

Very big and clean room for our family of 5 people. Very comfortable bed. Quite street but still close to public transportation. Walking distance to lots of good restaurants. The owner of this place supper nice. The first day we arrived late. He waited us at front door until 11:00 pm. The the we checked out, he give ue a box of hand made Japanese cookies for the gift. We are so happy stay there. Want come back again! Thanks!
