By day it's just another narrow alleyway common in Tokyo, but at night the street turns into a mini nightlife area for the salarymen of Tokyo. With numerous tiny #bar lining up, the nickname comes from the fact in the past so many drunk salarymen doing their "bussiness" there because there's no toilet anywhere in this alleyway. Today, regulation has been set in the area so it is a lot cleaner than before. The alleyway is very narrow and can only fit at maximum 2 people at a time so be mindful of your surrounding when visiting especially when there's many drunk people walking by from the bars. The bars are also very tiny and can only fit less than 10 people at a time. If you are not claustrophobic give them a try, it's a special experience on its own :)

The beds were comfortable and it fit my family of 5 (grown kids) well. It was conveniently located near a station. Walkable neighborhood with access to convenient stores and restaurants. We stayed in December and it was cold. There were room heaters but it still was pretty cold in the house. Otherwise it worked well. Nothing glamorous but functional. Thanks for the nice stay.
