駅から遠い 日本人向けではありません 宿泊時、下階のセキュリティが鳴りっぱなしで 寝られず対応も遅く2日鳴っていました。 ベットの枠が埃だらけ この部屋以外は住宅 設備の老朽化が酷い バスルームの水栓は水漏れ バスルーム換気扇故障 ウォシュレットも停止時にシャワーの誤作動あり

エクスペディアとの連携が取れてないことがイライラしました。チェックイン出来ないし確認してもこっちには来てないのでだったので、両方とも何回もかけ直してやり直すのが嫌でした

You get what you pay for. Noisy Location.

The owner is a very intelligent and thoughtful person. He is also a very talented photographer. Property is quite large. Some amenities are quite good like Fridge and Hot plate. Cups, Bowls, Plates are 'Plastic', not ceramic or glass. You will have to go to Daiso to buy Glass or Ceramic. TV is Quite Good 'Sony'. Biggest problem with this property is location. Outside the sliding window is a very busy highway, and the main fire station for Kamata. Highway is very busy, especially at 2 or 3 in the morning. Many Trucks will make you wonder if there is an earthquake going on. Sirens from fire trucks sound like the 'end of the world'. This would be a very nice property, except for the location and the cheap plastic plates and glasses.. Owner provides very good documentation.
