(良かった点) ホステル内の雰囲気は非常に和気藹々としており素敵。キッチンは小さいが、調味料や食器等が無料で提供されていて非常に助かった。またゲストの殆どは外国人で、英語を勉強したい人や、異文化交流が好きな人には特にお勧め。ここで多くの素敵な友人もできた。ロフトやコタツもあり、予想以上に快適な宿泊ができた。施設内の清掃はよく行き届いており、滞在中に不潔に感じた点はほぼ無かった。 (悪かった点) スタッフのゲストへの対応がしばしば不適切。まともに挨拶が出来ないスタッフが散見された。スタッフ同士仲良くはしゃぐのは結構だが、周囲のゲストへの気遣いが欲しかった。また、新人と思わしき大学生をフロントに一人で立たせているのも気になった。また、部屋の乾燥がひどい。長期滞在の場合は保湿クリームは必携。

清潔感があり良かったです。

施設は清潔感があり駅からも近いし、スタッフも皆様感じが良かったのです。ただ、夜中に女性専用ルームをノックする音がし、不安でした。

Staff are great, property was relatively quiet. Rooftop deck is great. Also the use of the mobile phones with local data was really fantastic!! Only downside was the size of the common area is a bit cramped and is unusable if there’s more than a handful of people in there.

Super Hostel, die Angestellten sind freundlich und versuchen einem Tipps zu geben. Die Zimmer sind modern gestaltet und die Betten bieten Privatsphäre. Hostel DEN is very welcoming. I had a great time hanging out there. The location is very convenient for accessing various subways lines and it's close to Tokyo Station.
