● As this is a residential area, loud voices and noise when entering or exiting the property are prohibited. Please also refrain from holding parties inside the rooms.
● Please be sure to remove your shoes before entering the rooms.
● All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking and discarding cigarette butts in the bathrooms are strictly prohibited.
● The number of guests staying must match the number specified at the time of reservation. If we discover any false declarations or an excess of guests, we will charge a penalty of 20,000 yen per person.
● Please treat the facilities and appliances with care. In the event of damage caused by intentional or negligent acts, you may be required to pay compensation for the actual cost of repairs.
● If bedding is found to be soiled or significantly dirty, you may be required to pay for cleaning or replacement costs.
● Eating and drinking on the bed is prohibited.
● Hair colouring or dyeing in the room or bathroom is prohibited.
● If you use kitchen utensils, please be sure to wash and clean them afterwards.
● Visitors and overnight guests other than registered guests are strictly prohibited.
