Location was excellent, close to many convenient stores, restaurants and bus/train station. The room itself was very clean, spacious and had all the amenities. Very very good value for the price

Perfect spot if you want to be away from the very busy parts of Tokyo. Room was about the expected size in Tokyo. Waseda station about a 10min walk away to easily get into the city. Lovely local restaurants and shops in the area. Had to check ourselves in by getting the keys from a lockbox in front of the building but the instructions were very clear on how to obtain them.

Very clean. A lot larger than anticipated and easy to walk or reach a train station. Bigger than some named hotel chains. Staff response time was excellent and they’re extremely accommodating. 10/10.

Great stay, it’s a bit hidden but felt very private. Accommodations were made with toothbrushes, hair brush, cotton swabs and towels. I would double check on the instruction provided my room was on the 5th floor, and instruction indicated to get off 4th floor. Other than that I had an excellent stay and would recommend.

Expedia map sent me to completely the wrong area, more than 1km away from the hotel. Without a friendly local who works as a courier I would have been very lost. Property itself is very clean and nice. Because of a serious medical issue I could spend only 1 night instead of the seven that I paid for. I was told at checkout and by expedia message that their policy did not allow reimbursements, but they would review my special case with management. They never did.

The room was spacious and very clean, with every commodity you could need while on vacation, staff was helpful while also not being in your business. About a 3 min walk from the bus station this makes life a lot easier! Would recommend to anyone staying within the area
