Great location in Todos Santos! 12 minute walk to downtown shops, restaurants, art galleries, and a vibrant downtown square with frequent festivals. 15 minute walk to Villa da Mar for whale watching, and a 15 minute drive to surfing! The previous owner was guitarist Peter Buck of REM fame. It's a new brand new listing which is why the price is so low right now

The house is traditional Mexican style full of detailed craftmanship, including the tile, carpentry, and metal work. A lot of love went into building this home.

The open concept floor plan includes horizontal living with a bedroom and full bath on the first floor, along with the indoor and outdoor living space and a spacious kitchen. The second floor has a second living area / tv room and two bedrooms with a full bathroom.

The large backyard is perfect for outdoor dining with a large palapa cover and wide kitchen window designed for serving the outdoor diners. There is a lovely garden and an old stone fountain which is very popular with the colorful birds in the Baja! There is also a very cool vine covered outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
