"At check in time we were assigned a room inferior to our reservation, after a request we got another room as contracted. "

"No i We were not allowed in as, although closing time was advertised as 9pm, a large bright sign outside said open and a very pleasant young man showed us to a table , the manager then claimed that they closed at 8.30 and refused to serve us. I did make a complaint to reception, who blamed everyting on the polite young man"

"We stayed at Palazzo twice during our trip and both times were outstanding. Very nice accommodations and Max, the owner, was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend. Close to town but quiet."
