"I'm sad to say the hotel has gone downhill on some fronts. In general the cleanliness of the room itself was ok (not great), but O really don't understand why the carpet has never been replaced with laminate or easier to clean flooring. Everytime we were in the room my eyes became red and my wife got an itchy skin. Staff was ok, some friendly and helpfull, others didn't even say hello or gave you the time of day. The breakfast is very good at the hotel, but the restaurant has gone downhill as in earlier stays up til 2025 we hardly could find a better restaurant in Bogota, this time we were disappointed by the dishes we got served."

"The best thing about this hotel, undoubtedly, is the location. It is within walking distance to Park 93 (Parque de la 93), which is a fabulous area with tons of extremely good quality restaurants, lots of people and families walking around and having fun. There was also great entertainment at night. It is a very safe place. I'm afraid the hotel is definitely not very well kept; the carpets in the halls are stained with bits of paint which looks terrible. The deco and paint are dated. The breakfast is okay but not great. The staff was good but several times I got tired of calling the front desk at night and there was no answer. Last. On two occasions, at around 2:00 am, my husband and I got awakened by someone, who probably was drunk, shouting near our room. Absolutely disgusting. I would never stay in this hotel again. There are better hotels in the area. I just did not have time to research more. I booked this in a rush."
