"Easy to park. Wife would give it 4 stars. 6 yr old would give 5 stars for the rock climbing wall. No lift for 2nd floor rooms and would have life more space to open suitcases but overall nice place to stay."

"The cleanliness and condition of the Japanese style room was excellent with separate entrance, washroom, toilet and 3 tatami areas giving more than ample space for 3 guests.
Breakfast was good and the staff efficient and helpful.

"I loved the Onsen especially the outdoor Onsen with stone sides (on top floor and well fenced). The laundry worked well. Breakfast was excellent although the breakfast room is a bit cramped. Room was large by Japanese standards and comfortable. The free treats and bedtime noodles are great. Overall a lovely stay. "
"We would strongly recommend that you stay in this guest house if you are in Matsumato. It is historic and ideally positioned in an older part of town. The staff spoke English and were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Our room was large, comfortable and extremely clean, with an excellent bathroom. "
