"Good location…Staff at front desk useless. Room inadequate for a deluxe room. Only 1 chair to sitting. A/C impossible to control and room was freezing. Had to request several times for thermostat to be fixed and adjusted to a proper temperature. Very disappointed especially since there are several boutique hotels nearby with better service, better amenities and less expensive."
