"This hotel should get a 0 star rating if possible. We as a family booked 2 rooms, one for in laws and one for us. One of the rooms was given to us without any cleaning done with food leftovers on the coffee table, dirty pillows and an uncleaned restroom. The other room where my in laws stayed for which I paid AC rate did not have a functioning AC. We called their front desk a million times and no one picked up the phone. "Huge room with two king size beds. Just one shower , not convenient for big families. The reception staff didnot even have bedding . When we asked, they said it’s still drying. Very mediocre breakfast. NOT A beach resort. It is close to the beach, but no access. Less than a kilometre from the Tempe. There are much better places for way cheaper prices. Felt like a rip off. "

The hotel staff are friendly and attentive, and the cleanliness is excellent. They also have a generator, ensuring 24/7 power supply.
