"We stayed at this hotel for 10 days with our extended family. I have traveled lots and stayed at many hotels around the world. I would say that this hotel was one of our best experiences ever. Everything was A from the cleanliness to customer service and the food. Our housekeeping staff, Soban, was particularly attentive and made our stay very comfortable. I would definitely visit this hotel for all of my future Delhi trips and will recommend it to everyone. Well done management and staff!"

From reception (thanks Apeksha), to food, room service staff and responsiveness, tasteful, and graceful rooms, and beautiful facilities across the whole property. The whole structure is a monument to a sophisticated but graceful hospitality culture and the essence of an ancient as well as modern India. "Location and the hotel is great."

"Great hotel for our first time in New Delhi. Staff are excellent, accommodating, friendly and want to make your stay memorable. Used the pool and took advantage of the spa facilities. Minor point is that some aspects of the hotel could be refreshed like the seating in the bar, pool towels were clean but are close to needing replacement. These things are not as important to us as the incredible service provided by all areas of the hotel operations. They really made our stay special."
