Hotel definitely has a weird stale / musty smell, both in the lobby and inside the room. Fixtures and furniture are a little weird and dated, but room was very clean (found a small blood stain on a pillow case and they took if very seriously). Bed was very comfortable, AC was noisy, room was tiny but comfortable and quiet. I'd stay here again, but the hotel seems extremely overpriced for the quality of the property (you are literally paying for the location)

I lOVED THIS HOTEL. The service was great and I felt very safe as it was my first time alone travelling to Vancouver. The room was amazing and the best was so comfortable! The food was great too and i should have taken advantage of the free bfast everyday but I was in event.

The staff continue to go above and beyond to enhance your experience each time I stay.

Lovely pool. Excellent on site vintage store. Slow cocktail service and elevators.
