"This is a very nice, rustic hotel. It reminded us of the inn in The Bob Newhart show. The food at the Barley Pub and the included breakfasts was very good. The breakfast service was excellent and the pub service was good, but they seemed understaffed. Overall I'd recommend this as a very good place to stay while in Prince Edward County."

"Robert was an excellent host. He was quick to answer any questions and showed us the property when we arrived. The Virbo was well kept and had a beautiful view of the lake. We will definitely be returning back to this spot."

"Huge place, less expensive than Cribs on Main. Pleasant 10 minute walk to Picton shops and restaurants through calm residential area. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked well equipped. Parking in back was fine. One traveller goes out to car through patio door, other traveller has to stay inside to lock patio door then go out through the front door and get picked up there. Not a problem, but could be awkward if you need to leave and you are on your own. Host very quick to respond. A great short vacation in a lovely part of Ontario."
