New Modern Custom 4bed 4bath luxury home with expansive ocean and Mountain View’s. Our home is situated on a hill in the gated private community of Costa Hermosa only a short 8-10 minute drive from downtown Rosarito. The living room and entertainment areas are expansive and perfect for entertaining. There are balconies and views from all bedrooms and living areas to enjoy the ocean breezes and beautiful views. There is accommodation for 6 cars. Our house is filled equipped with a luxury kitchen and complete dining and cooking utensils. The house benefits from gentle and consistent ocean breezes and we have air conditioners in each room. There are multiple TVs throughout the house with Netflix and desks throughout for remote working. Our home is professionally cleaned and inspected prior to each check-in to make sure the house is perfect for you and your needs.
