No me gustó que nos dieron la habitación justo arriba de la lavandería y toda la madrugada hicieron mucho ruido a pesar de pedirle que por favor dejarán dormir, la respuesta fue tajante de llame a recepción, lo cual hice y fue muy cortante y grosera la persona que respondió diciendo que uno no tiene porque decirle a las personas nada, que todo es re recepción, y de todas maneras no hicieron caso, pésimo servicio y jamás volvería a pagar una noche ahí y ni recomendarlo

Está muy limpio, lo revisé con lupa y la verdad si está cómodo, lo único que no me gustó es que no hay servicio de cuarto a cierta hora. Pedimos algo para cenar a las 11 y ya no había nada. Pero la verdad si regresaba .
