I was only staying over night! I found the staff helpful. The room was very nice, and clean. The things that bothered me were that there was no blanket nor any heating. I was very cold and had to wrap all the sheets and spread around me. I didn’t bother to inquire as I was so tired and had to wake up early for my flight. Outside my room people were talking very loud for a long time, making it hard to sleep. ….which is why I only gave 4 stars over all.

The stay was decent. Enjoyed our suite for the most part , the complimentary breakfast was wonderful, location and proximity to the airport was great. One concern was the authenticity of the photos provided online and the actual suite itself. Unfortunately the photos don’t do the suite justice. I was expecting the suite to look the same or at least similar to the photos. The main thing was The couch. It was very worn and uncomfortable to sit on. My second concern was the staff. Once we arrived at the hotel the front desk staff barely spoke to us, I had to ask multiple questions myself to figure out where my suite was and give myself some guidance; secondly the kitchen staff, sadly my daughter was more enthusiastic to greet our server then him himself to greet us being his table , I understand it’s complimentary breakfast and that it can be busy at times but it would be more pleasant to feel a little more welcomed and taken in to consideration than this. Nevertheless, thank you so much for the stay. From 4/24 - 4/26 Best regards, The Hernandez Family.

The Hotel was very dirty staff was sketchy when we got there form a long drive over the border we asked to use the restroom in the lobby and staff tried to charge us $5 dollars not pesos to use the LOBBY RESTROOM we got to our room and it was nice and refreshing the shower was disgusting floors where very dirty the scum was all over shower toilet flusher was broken. The walls where paper thin you could hear the neighbors every word and bang. Breakfast was free but not available and no refrigerator or ice bucket was available over all customer service was very sweet and nice

The employees at this place do not have good service attitude They are rude and do not offer to help The guy that is supposed to tell you how to get to your room gives directions, do not take you there The hotel set up is confusing all rooms in the same level but they have 100’s 200’s,300’s etc in the same label Dinning there no a good option Breakfast include is limited to eggs or pancakes, but in the lobby are 3 options and none available in the restaurant Other options for a cost Won’t recommend at all Will never stay there again

The units are spacious and clean. Some furniture is clunky or falling apart (drawers) but o erall excellent value for price and great location near the airport.

Hotel Principado is a great airport hotel, no bed bugs, a/c, and they have a free breakfast. The meal will take 45 mins sometimes, idk why, but that is what I experienced and saw. However, if you need somewhere to crash real quick they're a good choice.

The entire staff are cordial. The restaurant staff goes above and beyond the housekeeping staff are very helpful, especially when I accidentally got hair color on my pillow case. I have been staying here every six months for going on seven years.

Clean, quiet and modern room
Hotel staff was very accommodating, we were able to check in early due to a morning flight arrival and it’s only a three minute ride to the airport. Clean, modern and quiet room, we were able to get some great sleep here.

Near enough to airport and san ysidoro bridge. Bteakfast eas ok, hard to get a 2nd cup of coffe or salt and pepper or even butter for bread, but i guess im healthier for not having it....the room was clean , hot water good, and the splt had heat thank goodness. I would return

I stay at this hotel on a regular basis. I have found the stuff to be kind and helpful the hotel is centrally located for me downside the beds. I found them to be very uncomfortable like sleeping on a rock

Hotel was ok very understaffed, front desk not so friendly, guys helping with luggage were great. And restaurant service was horrible once you ordered food the wait was ridiculous for what they serve which is only scrambled eggs or pancakes. The 2 nd morning it wasn’t so busy but we had to leave without eating because the food was taking too long to come out. They only have 2 lady’s doing the job that clearly needs about 6 to be efficient.
