We checked and went to look at the room the bathroom was horrible it was so dirty smelled like cigarettes I literally couldn’t stand the smell canceled my stay their that same day I checked in and left. Never booking from this hotel again

I did my reservation tru Hotels.com and when I get to hotel they told me that they don’t have any reservation for me and they Ofer me a room paying a lot more than I supposed to pay whit my reservation and they give me a dirty room whit no A/C a lots of noise kids running around and knocking on our door and running away like 3 times and the girls at the reception really bad actitud and bad customer service.!!

la propiedad es común no considero que tenga algo destacable en particular. Falta mejor control el acceso, detiene mucho el vehículo y se tiene que bajar no para que lo atiendan. Es lo único de ahí todo está muy bien.

Pues que esta anunciado como hotel y no lo es, es un motel y pues que cuando se me pidió una tarjeta la registre, creyendo que con ella podria pagar y me dijeron que solo recibian efectivo,el cual obviamente no llevaba en ese momento. POr lo qjue decidí no quedarme con estas caracteristicas y reglas

Una de las fundas de las almohadas tenia manchas que parecian sangre seca. Las sabanas estaban manchadas. Habia mosquitos. Muy ruidoso, hubo musica en un lugar cercano hasta la madrugada. Al estar junto a una avenida es muy ruidoso.

En relación precio y servicio esta bien y la ubicación esta bien porque tiene buenos accesos lo único que ya hay que cambiar los aires acondicionados y remodelar los baños que ya empiezan a deteriorarse, pero el hotel esta en buenas condiciones.
