I really, really enjoyed my stay there. The staff was amazing. As someone working in hospitality, I can honestly say this was great service. The staff treated me so well and took good care of me. The spa was an incredible experience. I highly recommend it while staying there. I was able to book an appointment at the last minute, and I really appreciate that. Definitely going back!

You won't find any other hotel as nice and economy friendly like Hotel Velerio. Its a nice clean hotel with a comfortable bed and hot water in shower. Its all you need to sleep off the partying in Zona Norte. Literally 3 min walk to the alley and famous HK club

The experience was somewhat good. Considering the price point, it was acceptable. On the first day, my air conditioner/heat unit broke. I had to be moved to a different room. There were also insects in the room. They were creepy crawlers that were active at night. At one point, while re-entering the hotel, I was inappropriately asked if I had a room there. However, for the most part, the staff was helpful.
