K-38 is one of the BEST surfing spots in all of Baja with LONG, rolling waves for some of the longest rides you'll experience. You'll feel you're right out in the waves from the condo!
PLENTY OF RESTAURANTS, groceries, and fun places and things to do within a short drive!

There is a 4 page mandatory Club Marena Agreement Form/Guest List we will email to you before arrival. Guests NEED TO FILL IT OUT and email it back to us. Then you will need to PRINT A HARDCOPY to give to the guard at the gate upon check in at Club Marena. He will check it over and upon entering you will go down just a bit past the circular to turn left near the building to space 701 LB on the left. (3rd space from the far end).There is one designated parking area which is almost directly below the condo and elevator.
Entry is level & easy. Once to the 7th floor, it is the unit to the left of the elevator. The lock box is to the right of the door. We will get you the code upon arrival.
You probably won't want to leave the complex as it is so fun, relaxing and beautiful.
But if you do, there is PLENTY to do nearby!

La unidad se encuentra dentro de uno de los entornos más SEGUROS, FAMILIARES y mejor cuidados de toda Baja California.
Completamente cerrado y con guardias de seguridad las 24 horas en el terreno.
Exuberantes áreas de césped para pasear a lo largo de la costa, áreas para sentarse y relajarse o hacer una barbacoa mientras disfruta de la belleza.
El área de la piscina con piscina para niños y jacuzzi tiene vista al acantilado: ¡espectaculares áreas de observación! (NOTA: los huéspedes solo tienen acceso al ÁREA DE LA PISCINA SURESTE. La piscina noroeste es solo para propietarios o inquilinos a largo plazo).
K-38 es famoso: uno de los MEJORES lugares para surfear en toda Baja con olas LARGAS y ondulantes para algunos de los paseos más largos que experimentará.
Lo mejor de todo es que es PRIVADO: no hay mucha gente, ya que no hay acceso a menos que los surfistas se alojen en el Club Marena.
Una vez en el Club Arena, se registrará con el guardia en la puerta. The BEST condo EVER!
We came down for a surf trip to K38. We were blown away by the condo and the views! Never stayed in a place with such amazing views. The grounds were wonderful and it had very tight security so definitely felt safe!
The condo was SUPER clean with all the ammenties! Lots on beach towels and TVs.
This is going to be our new place to visit several times a year!

Awesome place!
Amazing view! We have stayed in several units at Club Marena and this was by far the nicest and had the best views! The unit was well appointed with all the little things you need in a vacation rental. The owner was super easy to communicate with too.

We had the most enjoyable vacation feeling secure, safe, and relaxed. The unit was absolutely remarkable!! It literally had everything we needed. I was super impressed.
I would like to mention the only thing I would change; the windows do not provide any darkness (at all) in the morning.

This place is beautiful, safe and has a private beach to go along with a pool and hot tub. The views are spectacular and the electronic shades that go up and down with a remote control are awesome. The balcony has a grill and Calimex which is a very good size grocery store is only 3 miles away where you can buy steak and fresh vegetables to grill on the balcony. Nice thing that was great to find was the condo has everything you will need to cook with and a ton of spices. There is an actual queen size bed in the second bedroom with it's own separate bathroom which was a surprise but then the actual master bedroom has that great jet tub where you can see the ocean and watch tv from. It's like being in a movie. The TVs in the living room and bedroom are massive smart TV's and we had a great time with them on our trip. It's important to mention that the place is gated meaning no one is allowed in by the guard at the front gate unless you are on the guest list which you add with a form at the beginning of your stay. I've stayed in Rosarito several times and there is no other place I've stayed that is this beautiful and this safe. 10/10 I recommend it and hope you understand how nice the hosts is who was so helpful with anything we needed. Have fun at the wineries, have fun at the zoo, or ziplining or lobster town. Do whatever you want while you are there but I promise you that you will wish that you stayed on the balcony and at this property the entire time. It's that great.

Perfect Baja Getaway
I think I’ve found my new favorite escape in Baja. Gorgeous location. Extremely safe. Secure Parking. Perfect K38 surf. Excellent restaurants close by. I have zero complaints and will be booking again soon.
