"Great facility, easy check-in. Helpful staff all around. I happened to be in a rental car and there was no available parking at the hotel itself. I had to park at the underground Potsdamer Platz garage across the street. It was quite a long walk back to the hotel and it was difficult to get my bearings. The laundry service was overpriced as well, so we had to use an offsite launderer to get the laundry done. My case was somewhat exceptional as I was traveling in a party of five in a car. A single traveler or a couple using Berlin's many transportation options should have no complaints. The breakfast was indeed terrific."

"This is a superb hotel. Location excellent. Lovely bar area and staff. Gym is great but could do with heavier free weights and proper cable machines. Pool is fantastic and unusual to have a pool of the size you can train in. One significant point though. Breakfast. The cost is obscene. I have stayed through work in some 5-6 star hotels and nothing comes close to the cost here. You can ring up room service and have a burger for less than breakfast. 35 euros is too much. As a party of four we went over the road and spent under 40 euros for all of us. Not a reason to reduce the score of what is an excellent choice and paying for breakfast is personal preference but it seems steep. Aircon in bar works! Take a jumper."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Berlin. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location made it easy to get around the city. After long days of sightseeing, it was nice to come back to a quiet, relaxing space. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and check-in and check-out were efficient. One area that could definitely use some improvement is housekeeping. While the room was generally clean, there were a few times when dirty drinking glasses and empty bottles were left behind instead of being cleared away during service, especially when I left a tip. It wasn't a major issue, but at a hotel of this caliber, I expected a little more attention to detail. Overall, I had a great experience and would still highly recommend the JW Marriott Hotel Berlin as the best place to stay when visiting Berlin."
