"Check in was really slow with long lines. They seem to need a lot of information that you would think they already had (like you phone number). I also got the wrong room key and had to drive back to the registration office and wait in line again. I never did receive text messages from them and there was no way to find their phone number to contact them with questions. The apartments are nice but it can be loud if the other guests (downstairs or upstairs) go in and out a lot (the doors slam). The area is really nice and it was nice to have a full apartment."

"We always enjoy staying here. The hotel is clean and nice, great location. Enjoy having coffee in the morning. Also, we got in a little early and they had our room ready for us. That was really appreciated!"
