"We had a nice one night stay at Hotel Loa. The hotel is quite new and has a high standard. Breakfast & Dinner was very good. We liked the beds and the overall design of the hotel. Value for money is good and it’s not far away from the south of Iceland. Great location!"

"Booked this hotel as a midway point between vik and the airport. It was extremely cute and clean. The location was perfect and we were actually able to see the northern lights from the hotel."

"These igloos were so cool! Our only issue were the door handles. The property had to provide instructions on how to use the handle and it was not real helpful. We were standing in the snow freezing trying to follow the instructions. It took so long we had to go sit in the car for a few minutes to warm up. I imagine this must have been an issue for others which explains the instructions and it was equally hard to get ok of the room each day. I would suggest changing the handles. It made us feel unsafe to be stuck inside not able to get out."

"Parking was free along the street with plenty of spots. Rooms and showers were clean and never heard any neighbors. Good location with a few restaurants close by that are walkable. "

"Apartament is a new, but 5th bed is on coach, it is not a problem but there is problem with the window, there is small window close to celling permanently open, it can't be close. And with wind 90 km per hour outside and rain comfort is very low..."
