"The hotel is very cozy and cute. The rooms are comfortable and have the essential amenities. You feel like traveling back in time as the house has this feeling with its doors and windows made out of wood. The breakfast is plentiful. "

"I stayed in the new section of the hotel in a deluxe quadruple room. The room was big and spacious and breakfast was a bonus. I usually stay at 5 star large branded hotels, so I was a little apprehensive booking a boutique style hotel even though the reviews were great, however after I arrived, it did not disappoint. I was so impressed by their friendliness, service and value for money. The location is so central and convenient and in walking distance to shops, restaurants and literally a 2min walk to tam coc boats / waterfront. I had to check out really early before 6am and asked before hand if they could prepare some takeaway boxes. They did up 5 fruit boxes and simple boiled eggs bacon, sausages and slices of bread which the kids enjoyed. I really appreciated them doing this because there wasn’t really anything to eat at the airport at Thanh Hoa. It really is in the perfect spot and I would return in a heart beat. The guys at the front were roasting some yam, potato’s and corns in the evening and my husband stayed after ordering a drink and sat with them outside enjoying they company, they even gave him some bbq corn to give the kids. We had an awesome stay!!"

"Very beautiful hotel, tastefully decorated inside and out, in a peaceful setting in the Vietnamese countryside. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. I booked two rooms, both beautiful. Daily housekeeping. The only criticism is the condition of the scooters. Otherwise, I would stay longer to recharge my batteries, but all things must come to an end..."

"The luxury at this property was amazing. It felt so quiet and secluded. My wife and I were travelling without our children and this resort was exactly what we needed to unwind. The room was very large and comfortable and every night they would put out mosquito nets. I get devoured by mosquitos whenever I travel but I didn't seem to have any issues here. The breakfast options were good and the restaurant was good too."

"We had an amazing stay at this tranquil retreat. The facilities we perfect with a massage service which was 5 star, a large pool especially for the size of the retreat, excellent food and wonderful staff who also helped us arrange tours. Overall 150%"

"This is a great place to stay in ninh binh, their rooms are clean, the views are beautiful, and the breakfast is good, there was an annoying family with a bunch of kids that ruined the whole place, but it wasn't their fault and without them the place was wonderful. I would also like to thank mr. DAT who was so kind to us, the day we checked out we left pur bags there and went hiking, and when we came back he was so kind that he even gave us a clean room to clean our shoes and wash ourselves, their staff are amazing, except for one of the ladies in the restaurant in the morning."

"Stayed in one of the junior bungalows with the stone clad internal walls and marble floor. It was a good size and comfortable. Breakfast was a simple affair, omelette, cakes , bread . Coffee variable . Normally breakfast served in outside but covered area but on one particularly wet morning it was served in the upstairs restaurant which looked like it could have done with a good clean . Staff friendly and proactive Good location a few kms out of town . Nice cycling routes nearby"
