Our stay here was exceptional. The property is tucked away in a secluded, peaceful area, yet only a quick 2-minute bicycle or motorbike ride from all the busyness. It was the perfect balance of quiet comfort and easy access to everything we needed. A truly peaceful and luxurious stay. The resort’s atmosphere and nature are unmatched, with warm, attentive service throughout. Check-in was smooth, and we loved the free shuttle, bike rentals, and the helpful resort app. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel truly cared for. I also had one of the best massages ever, and the gym, pool, and sauna were excellent. Highly recommended.

The stay was exceptional. I’ve never seen natural beauty like this in my life. I truly enjoyed the hotel and Ninh Binh and cannot wait to be back. The only recommendation I have is the service was on the slow side. While at the poolside, we’d order food and drinks and it sometimes took up to 30-35 mins to have the items delivered.., same for dinner. Other than that everything was great

A lovely resort set in a beautiful landscape! The room was very nice and was cleaned at least twice a day. The hosts are incredibly kind and speak very good English. We were also very lucky to meet Phuc, who welcomed us with her kind gestures and warm smile, showed us our room, and surprised us with a honeymoon cake. The resort also has a lovely restaurant that serves delicious food at very reasonable prices. I strongly recommend this resort! !

My husband and I had an amazing stay! We were celebrating our anniversary and truly appreciated the level of thought and care the staff displayed to help us celebrate. Not only did the staff place roses on the bed and shaped towels into swans, when we left on our first excursion and came back, we were surprised with a lovely cake in our room. Additionally, the surrounding mountain area of this hotel is beautiful and makes swimming in the infinity-like pool and eating the complementary breakfast all the more enjoyable. The staff were amiable, hospitable, and helpful, and I particularly appreciated their prompt replies on Expedia when I had any questions prior to arriving. We highly recommend staying at Jiva Hoa Lu Retreat!

beautiful nature resort with excellent servuce

this place was absolutely beautiful and the service was impeccable. we were there for the soft opening so we felt lucky to sort of have the place to ourselves while they were still doing finishing touches. the property is gorgeous and it’s close to the little town where everything is. they have a free shuttle to the town or nice bicycles you can rent. the rooms were so nice and brand new!

This may be one of our favorite properties in our honeymoon. It is newer so the gym was not yet ready but that was okay. The pool was so relaxing! They have dining on the property but since it was slow season it wasn’t a buffet breakfast like advertise, again not that big of deal. Highly recommend renting bikes for free from them and just heading into the city to eat! Also they do take you on golf carts to the city for free also! Very very nice resort
