"Staff were friendly, pool was a nice addition. Parking lot was close to the building (additional fee of $19 per night). Rooms have not been updated for some time, and have visible wear/tear. Weird marks on the walls, toilet takes a long time to flush. Overall a fine stay on a budget. Our favourite part of the hotel is the location. Just 2 blocks to Clifton hill, and you can take a short cut across and it’s just 2 minutes walking. We have young kids; so this was so great to not have to find parking to visit the attractions. Walked down to the falls, and back up Clifton hill for the evening, and then a very quick walk back to the hotel."
