"It was a perfect location inside the Gatwick Airport making our flight connection perfectly easy and convenient. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, allowing us an extra hour to check out since due to a series of unfortunate events we didn’t arrive until after 2 a.m. Our room was very quiet and comfortable, though very small. Bed was very comfortable, medium firmness, but due to the size of the room one of us had to climb over the other to get out of bed. We didn’t like the all-in-one bathroom where the shower is not separated from the toilet and sink. All was clean and in good working order. We felt very welcome and had an overall excellent stay. "

"Great location. Walking distance to major attractions. The only thing that we did not really like is that the bar closes at 12am on Sundays and at 1am on Fridays, but I guess that's London's current trend."

"Convenient, clean and comfortable hotel within a short walk of Waterloo. Staff were friendly and helpful, offering to store luggage at both ends of our break free of charge. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again."
