"This hotel exceeded my expectations! Being in such a high traffic location, I thought it might show wear and tear but it did not. It was beautiful, clean, and the rooms were so quiet and peaceful. The bed was also incredibly comfortable and I slept better than I normally do in hotels. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Avoid this place. I checked in and immediately checked out. I did not feel safe. It’s in a sketchy part of KC, abandoned vehicles in the lot, broken screens, blinds, the bathroom was dismantled in my room, no security lock on door. Awful. "

"The room itself was less than decent, but the bathroom was quite dirty. The rubber door knob stop, had hair stuck in it. There was hair all over the bathroom floor. The mirrors and the window for the room were extremely dirty. The elevator was really trashy looking. I’m not sure if trashy is the right word but it was a very low budget elevator. The area was decent nothing special. I did not use the amenities so I can’t comment on that. The staff, you could smell his personal hygiene. It was gross. But overall, I rate my stay at 2 maybe even a 3 out of 5, only because it was so convenient for travel and free parking (i had an event at the uptown theater) "

"The house was amazing! Perfectly romantic for our weekend anniversary stay. Danielle is a great host and had everything decorated so nicely, even had a little box of chocolates for us for our celebration. The card she wrote made it feel even more special. Would definitely recommend staying here"
