Very clean, staff were amazing from all the department’s. My only feedback would be to check the floors inside the rooms, at our room the “wood floors “ was moving and raising so any guest could get hurt if you walked on bear feet. Besides that grace place to stay.

It’s the kind of place where you spill a little water on night stand, go to clean with a tissue and it’s brown when you’re done. Dusty dark rooms with no windows and seems to have gone down hill - used to stay here a lot, but torn because location is great, but management needs to change. Would also train male staff on customer service (former hospitality industry here and no need to be rude to patrons asking for an extra key). But for $253 a night for a bed with springs poking at you and paper thin walls, not sure I will be back.

Not the fanciest room, but it was good in all the ways that matter. The beds were very comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean and convenient and had soft water. There is fenced parking so I wasn’t worried about my car. It was a good price and it was 10 minutes from the Midland Theatre where our concert was. It was also 10 minutes from The Plaza with lots of shopping and restaurants!

I’m waiting on receiving a full credit very unsatisfied. The good thing is they were willing to credit me but I would have rather had vacuumed carpet and sleep at night not people arguing and I couldn’t find a phone in room to call the desk at 2 and 3 am. When your paying 282 a night I expect clean safe room

The staff was very professional and clam even though helping a line of people. Room is clean, bed is comfortable upgraded. Connected room is convenient for my children to stay near The only thing didn't work was the air conditioner that comes with fan and no way to turn it off without turning of the air conditioner.

Great place to stay. I will say the walls are pretty thin so you can hear almost anything. I didn’t love the fact that I also had to pay for parking but I think that’s a theme nowadays. Overall, great hotel in a good location. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance

Rebecca at the front desk is an absolute gem! I cannot say enough good things about how helpful and wonderful she was to our family. Room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the bathroom door. There is a large gap and with the chrome frame you can see the reflection of whoever is in the bathroom. Otherwise our stay was perfect.

Th KC AC Hotel

We liked the location of the hotel, and it was Modern and clean. However, the hotel charged for parking in an outside parking lot and also for a continental breakfast in the morning, which we did not like. The hotel room did not have soap when we arrived And they weren’t able to get it to us until the next day so they weren’t together on that. But the staff was nice.
