Très belle maison ensoleillée avec grand séjour de 60m2, cuisine américaine entièrement équipée, 5 chambres, 2 salles de bain, 2 wc séparés, cellier, nombreux placards, terrasse, salon de jardin avec barbecues gaz et charbon de bois, jardin 400m2, garage, chauffage central, vue sur la montagne dans toutes les pièces.
Située au coeur du village vous avez tous les commerces à pied à moins de 200m. Vous apprécierez les tennis à 100m, l'équitation à 1km, le départ de nombreuses randonnées,VTT, le parapente à 10km, les stations thermales Allevard les bains et Uriage à 30mn, le site mondial de parapente coupe Icare à St Hilaire du Touvet à 20km.
Vous pourrez profiter des 180km de pistes de ski des Sept Laux, le ski nordique au col du Barioz à 7km, les ballades en raquettes.
Les villes de Chambéry et Grenoble sont à 30km, les grottes de Sassenage et Choranche à visiter à moins d'une heure.

Theys

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans une location pleine de charme tout confort, spacieuse, idéale pour une grande famille. Madame Virly et son mari sont très accueillants et la distance avec la station de ski n'est vraiment pas un problème. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut au village et aux alentours. Merci pour ces belles vacances en famille.
