Good location, but poor communication

The apartments are in good condition and very central, so easy to walk everywhere. The communication with the host however is very poor, we had to wait over an hour outside for the entrance codes cause upon arrival as they weren’t send in advance and they weren’t replying, even after paying the city tax. It would be much better if the city tax link was sent in advance.

Tolle Lage. Unser Zimmer hatte kein kein Internet. Der Fernseher war kaputt. Die Temperatur im Bad 10°C weniger als im Zimmer und keine Badheizung vorhanden. Als wir gefragt haben, wurden wir ausgelacht. Zimmer gewechselt, Badezimmertür kaputt, keine Klobrille vorhanden ! Nach langen Diskussionen kam nachmittags ein Techniker, der aus einem anderen Bad eine Klobrille ausbaute und notdürftig einbaute. Eine Kochnisse ist vorhanden, aber kein Herd, damit man was war machen kann. Mini Kühlschrank kaputt. Alles was darein ging wurde tiefgefroren. Die Eingangstür , eine Etage tiefer, ist defekt, sodass jedesmal, wenn sie zufällt, ein sehr sehr sehr lauter explosionsantiker Knall uns weckte. 7 Tage lang ! Die wollten und konnten nichts dagegen unternehmen. In jedem Hotel oder Aparthotel, findet man Hängebügel, sodass man seine Sachen aufhängen kann. Nur hier nicht. 2 Drahtbügel, die keine Jacke hielten. Die vom Hotel sagten uns, die würden irgendwann welche besorgen. Wir wären die ersten , die es ansprachen. Haben für 3 Leute gebucht. Aber die liessen im Zimmer nur 2 Trinkgläser. Als wir nach einem 2. Glass fragten, wurden wir angemacht, wir wollen zuviele Sachen haben. Das zweite Zimmer hatte keinen Wasserkocher. Ales wir fragten, ob wir den aus dem ersten Zimmer runter bringen könnten, damit wir Tee machen konnten, hat uns der Hausmeister gesagt, dass das neue Zimmer halt , keinen Wasserkocher hat. Udn wir haben dafür 170 Euro pro Tag bezahlt !

Die Unterkunft war sauber, verfügt über eine Kaffeemaschine und einen gut funktionierenden Kühlschrank und eine Klimanlage. Lediglich der Selbst-Check-in funktioniert nicht so wirklich, da man erwartet wird, aufgrund der noch zu zahlenden Kurtaxe. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt (Pins, Klimaanlage ect). Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind alle fußläufig erreichbar, Bus und Metrostation sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt dort und können die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen:).
