Though COLORS Hotels are in central location, the quality of sleep was and is one of the main issues, that’s why, all of our hotels have installed a new range of aluminum, double-grazed window frames to all of our rooms to add to the existing wooden double-glazed set of windows. As COLORS Central is a listed building, there is only a luggage elevator to the first floor and a larger elevator that serves for passengers and luggage, from the first floor to the rest of the building. The beds are provided with premium anatomic mattresses of medium hardness to accommodate for the liking of the majority guests. Though we understand that some guests as yourself will not be satisfied with this choice, we are forced to make sure the sleeping quality covers the likings of the majority of guests and usually receive great reviews for the sleeping quality at COLORS Hotels. Regarding the problem that you faced with the air conditioning, we would like to inform you that we are really sorry about it. In the summer months, the temperature rises a lot, that’s why all the rooms are provided with an extra card 24h, in order to leave the AC on and the room temperature to come to a stable comforatble temperature. This solution is more eco-friendly and is a good solution for all of our guests. Though COLORS Hotels are in central location, the quality of sleep was and is one of the main issues, that’s why, as you have mentioned all of our hotels have installed a new range of aluminum, double-grazed window frames to all of our rooms to add to the existing wooden double-glazed set of windows. Any disturbance from the outside of the building is now minimised to the normal city street sounds but some of our guests find that annoying, especially when living in the city center is not what they are used to. Unfortunately, that day, there was a beer festival nearby, as a result the annoying noise.
