"The room is ideal for 1 person. Small but comfortable. Updated bathroom. Limited supplies out, but they are “ hidden” in the room if you need them. Responsive and live support available via chat on website. Limited staff on site. I stayed on 1st floor. Light seeped through the door, no windows, and creaky floor from 2nd floor occupants. Full kitchen that can be shared. Private bathrooms. 1 block from train station. Easy walking area. Lots of restaurants and stores around. Noise from speak easy came up. Assuming 2nd floor is quieter, I would stay up there next time. Cute spot. Ideal for couples or singles."

"I thought there was supposed to be a continental breakfast but it never materialized. There was always hot coffee in the lobby and sometimes amazing cookies but not always - that seemed to depend on the mood of the front desk staff. The property is a little dated - rooms are fine but definitely old school and the elevator is small. Some areas could use some updates."

"It is a wonderful room with a comfortable bed and couch. It should be noted that the directions are complex for parking and just entering the building. Parking is extremely difficult to find. It is also a party district but we were there during the week and it was quiet. I absolutely adored the space though once settled."

"The hotel is perfect for Cubs fans, nothing more convenient. Very clean, nice shower & bathroom. Beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly. For the price, not worth it for people who aren’t going to games. The room doesn’t have a fridge or coffee maker. Hotel bar is very cool, but also costly. "
