"The breakfast was great and the room was clean. I was considered “vip” due to Expedia status so I received 20 percent off food and wine and a free drink. It would’ve been nice to be told that this actually does not count for the breakfast and that the free drink must be wine or beer. Not a big deal but it would’ve been nice to hear it before getting breakfast and ordering a mojito and being told no twice in a row. Otherwise lovely hotel and would return in an instant. Loved the bathroom in my room"

"You can’t go wrong with a Premier Inn - they’re the same wherever you go. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. The breakfast area was small but had plenty of options from a continental breakfast to a cooked breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we asked to extend our checkout to 2pm. Our only downside was our tv didn’t work - we did hear another staff member explain this to another guest at the end of our first day to say that the signal wasn’t great and the guest was asked if they wanted the tv or not - we were not told this so that was our only critique as we like the tv on in the background when we’re getting ready. "
