"Phone number given in booking and on website didn't work. Quick email reply though as I was arriving late in the evening I wanted to make sure I was able to pick up the key. The key was in a safe and all worked beautifully. I didn't get the wifi password, and a bit of a noisy neighbour first night but otherwise all good. "

"1.The lockbox was very very difficult to.open especially at night time where visibility was next to zero. I spent nearly an hour to no avail. The instructions were illegible. The owner had his phone switched off so I was unable to get any assistance. Had a cab dropped me from the airport I would have been utterly stranded but a friend loaned me his car.
