Very well presented hotel. Food options were great and staff are super friendly. Only downside is that the staff only advised us upon checkout that the $100 deposit will take 5 to 10 business days to refund, that seems very excessive for a one night stay.

Nice clean area, it was great to watch kangaroos from my balcony in the mornings. Small adjustment please clearly outline process of collection keys from Novotel/ next door when guests are checking-in after business hours .
