"This hotel was very good value, I would stay here again. My SIL got a room with a non-traditional bed so when booking please make sure you are satisfied with the bed in your room. The location is great. There’s a Lawson two minutes walk away, and you are steps from a major tourist attraction meaning you can be there super early to beat the crowds. Staff were friend and many spoke or at least understood English, I had no issues communicating with them. Only complaint, if you can call it that, was lack of easy access to a microwave. Staff will gladly microwave your food for you, but after hours you’re better off getting your food microwaved at a nearby shop where you buy it. Laundry is often full with no official reservation system, so expect to wait for a machine to be free. Laundry takes 4-5 hours depending on what you are washing. That’s total wash and dry time."

"The hotel is great for a night before or after your trip. They have an amazing breakfast buffet that comes with more than one can imagine. The economy room is quaint. Be prepared if you have luggage. I recommend having an overnight bag and leaving your luggage at the luggage check-in."

"It was just a one night stay for a flight next morning- for that it is adequate. The staff could be more helpful in directing people to self check in kiosks - people who are not Japanese won’t know as default language on the kiosksis Japanese. We were waiting a while before we figured it out and lines were getting long"

"Excellent Value with Spectacular Skytree Views Tobu Hotel Levant Tokyo offers some of the best value for your money. If you are arriving from Narita Airport, the Airport Limousine Bus takes you directly to the hotel for approximately ¥3,100, which is both convenient and reasonably priced. The hotel also offers complimentary shuttle buses to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. The nighttime view of Tokyo Skytree, the world’s tallest tower, is absolutely spectacular. Complimentary bottled water is provided in the room each day, along with quality toiletries, body wash, and shampoo. The beds are medium firm and comfortable. Even the elevators are exceptionally smooth and quiet. You can barely feel them moving between floors. The breakfast buffet is well worth it. It includes freshly made omelettes, bacon, sausages, fries, rice, steamed vegetables, fresh fruit, bread for toast, miniature croissants, cereals, tofu, candied yams, smoked salmon, and a wide selection of coffees, teas, and juices. The hotel’s other restaurants are also very good. The location is excellent. There is a 7 Eleven directly across the street, a shopping mall about 200 metres away, and Kinshicho Station is only a short walk from the hotel. Sumida City feels safe and has plenty to see and do. There is also a laundromat around the corner that is open 24 hours. This is a great place to stay during a Tokyo vacation. It offers convenience, comfort, excellent transportation options, and one of the best views."
