"Room, was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was competent. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Dedicated spaces in parking garage next door. We missed the hotel breakfast because it ended at 10 am, which seems early for a Sunday, but otherwise everything was great."

Only two small complaints - our electricity seemed to be out each morning and I didn't know to wave the room key over the master light switch to reactivate it. It would've been helpful to have been told that at check-in. It was zero worries once I learned that was the trick! Also, Massachusetts liquor laws are annoying - one night I wanted to order a glass of wine to the room and it wasn't allowed because the hotel and the restaurant have separate liquor licenses. So BYO wine if you want it in your room!"
