The hotel is in a very nice part of London, aware from the hussle and bussle but with easy access to all areas. Good restaurant and bar. Staff friendly and helpful. Our toilet had a problem on our last day with the water running and the flusher broke.

The Riu Westminster was a great hotel. The staff were all very friendly from start to finish. We enjoyed the included breakfast. There were so many options and the way the staff organized the breakfast seating was great. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. Would stay here again for sure!
