"The staff were very helpful and welcoming. This boutique hotel is so charming. Unfortunately our room had a couple of cleanliness issue like someone's leftover chipotle still being in the mini fridge. The rooftop pool area and restaurant were also a nice place to spend a little time. However, one morning there had obviously been late night visitors that left a lot of mess. Shoes and clothing scattered around the pool deck, a pack of wet cigarettes, wine bottles, etc. Ha, I guess that's LA for you! Our room was comfortable, the bed slept well, and their water pressure was a thing of beauty. Strong, but not painful! I would stay here again."

"Everything was great, except during check-in it appears a couple people called in and it took over 30 minutes to check in. Concierge service for things left in my room were not there yet. But they were great when they arrived, chocolate covered strawberries. But if I'm paying a premium, I expect a premium service. They fell a little short"
