"We stayed at another hotel nearby in this collection earlier in the year, so we knew the location was good. The Al Jomrok hotel is a little different as it has rooms that are all internal with corridors running around the building with great views of the souk, the corniche and a small square. They had lots of seating in the corridors which extended the room and gave you extra space to sit.
As it is right in the souk it is not possible to drive right up to it, but if you go to the Arumaila...

The rooms were so spacious and the hotel was beautiful, and the staff were super attentive and amazing. I can’t wait to come back to stay again!!!
It was only a 15 minute drive from the airport too which was super convenient.
My only comment was there isn’t many casual/affordable in house dining options.

Very nice hotel, with huge spacious rooms with top quality finishes, and the most beautiful bathroom I have ever seen! The staff were amazing, made us feel very welcome, and were very sweet to our young son. We were also offered a complimentary breakfast on arrival which was very appreciated! The breakfast buffet was very good quality with a huge selection of hot & cold options.
My only negative feedback was the quality of food at the pool bar. The food did not arrive as described on the menu...

Can’t say enough great things about this hotel. From the moment I arrived very early in the morning and they managed to check me in a little while later, to the moment I departed, I was treated like royalty. Nothing was too hard. The staff are absolutely delightful, offering coffee, water or a friendly chat.
Room was spacious and very comfortable. Pool was incredible with the attentive staff providing towels and iced water, along with little treats throughout the day.

Friendly staff, cleanliness, super clean room, upgraded without even being asked. From check-in to check-out we absolutely loved our stay. The hotel is also a 5 min walk to the metro which is just perfect to explore Qatar! Massive shoutout to Rahil, she provided excellent customer service. Thank you Rahil!
