I wanted to give this accomodation 5 stars since the building is beautiful and the diner options are excellent. However I stayed for 9 nights and for some crazy reason the jacuzzi was turned off after sitting in it for an hour which made me feel like I overstayed my welcome? It was a bald dark man around 45 years old at the swimming pool. Extremely rude was his behavior so therefore my rating.

Beautiful hotel and beach topped off with the best exec/club lounge we’ve experIence having stayed at many in the Middle East and SE Asia. My most favorite part about this place was how great the staffs were! They were absolutely the best, from the reception desk to the pool staff, they were so great and attentive. They helped me with my children every single time and made sure I had everything to my needs. Also, the property was great and at a great location. It’s sparkly clean and the rooms were also nice.

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. Every staff member we encountered, including Lina, Ratel, Kanchan, Azar, Fatima, Elif, Hatim, and Linette, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. My mother and I were celebrating our birthdays, and Fatima's thoughtful gesture of organizing a gluten-free cake made our special day even more memorable. Elif, the chef, was incredibly attentive to our dietary needs, preparing delicious gluten-free and vegetarian meals tailored to our preferences. The rest of the staff, including Hatim, were equally friendly and accommodating, remembering our breakfast orders each morning. Linette at the concierge was invaluable in recommending and booking exciting experiences for us to enjoy during our stay. We cannot recommend The Ritz-Carlton enough and look forward to returning in the future.

I could literally hear the people next door talking signing loud music all night and not person told them to keep it down. the worst part is the fact that they gave my room key to a guest without my permission or knowledge ... based on what? no one knows

Our 2nd visit to this exceptional hotel. The quality is clear to see throughout and the staff all go the extra mile to make sure your stay is memorable. We are on the flight home as I type this and are already discussing another visit next year

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Doha was simply exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The attention to detail, the high level of service, and the friendly attitude of the staff truly set this hotel apart. Whether it was at the reception, in the restaurants, or with housekeeping, we were always met with a smile and the utmost care. We felt completely comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay, and every request was handled with efficiency and kindness. It is clear that the employees are highly dedicated and take great pride in ensuring that guests enjoy a perfect experience.
