"Great location. Great staff. Great accomodation."

"Me and my family love this hotel. At first, i thought the bedroom was small, but when we saw the bathroom we were amazed. The toilet was in its own closet opposite of the bathroom, it has a bidet and toilet tissue was refilled everyday. The bathroom had two sinks and I love the design of the bath shower and tub, the shower is really spacious. Taking a bath and soaking in the tub after a long day feels really nice. The beds were comfortable and always made. Staff was very polite, helpful, and friendly. They helped my wife when she was confused about using the washing machines. Everything we asked for was done promptly, like taking out the trash or changing the towels. Staff even helped us get a taxi after checking out. The location is great! There's a Lawsons in the building for most the basic needs. Universal Studio Japan was minutes walking distance. The Train station was even closer. The City walk area had plenty of restaurants and shopping choices. Would definitely love to come back here and would recommend staying here. "

"Great location, helpful staff. Room was tight but that was expected based on pictures. Ignore the Italian restaurant on the 9th floor, the 8th floor has a fantastic selection of restaurants. Direct bus available from the airport. Bridges to bus stations let you get anywhere in the city easily."

"Karaksa hotel is the one I am looking for when stay in Tokyo or Osaka or Shin-Osaka. Spacious room, well design. Separation of toilet & bathroom is a plus. Buffet breakfast has may choices and fit my taste. Few minutes walk to main train/metro is a good choice to anyone prefer public transportation."

"Great hotel especially with location next to subway, food and USJ all within a couple minutes walk. Hotel is big and rooms are big similar to US hotels so plenty of space to get around. Only thing is there is no closet in the room we were in to hang clothes."

"I stayed one night at the Park Front Hotel at Universal Studios Japan with my son, and it couldn’t have been more convenient or comfortable. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the park entrance. After a long day at USJ, being able to walk back to the hotel in under a minute was a huge relief. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet, with comfy beds and a nice view. Everything felt fresh and well-kept. My son loved the atmosphere and the view of the park. We also had breakfast at the hotel, and it was really good. There was a wide variety of Japanese and Western options, and everything was fresh and tasty. Staff (especially female staff) were friendly, check-in was smooth, and having a convenience store inside the hotel was a nice bonus. I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it for families visiting Universal Studios Japan!"
